BENOÎT & CÔTÉ, now DÉCODE, is opening a new chapter of its history with a complete overhaul of its brand identity. A natural evolution for the firm co-founded by Marc Benoît and France Côté in 2009, having reached a new milestone in its development. With offices in Montreal and Quebec City, it now boasts a team of 30 people, including 6 partners. A new name symbolizing the unicity of a firm emphasizing the collective. While remaining 100% independent.

And a way of asserting our difference, going against the conservative trend observed in law firm names. Finally, a new name that put the accent on our French-speaking roots while reinforcing its memorability―with a universal pronunciation in line with an international practice.

The DNA of BENOÎT & CÔTÉ remains intact: all current teams members will continue their practice at DÉCODE. We are proud to count on the commitment and enthusiasm of our team in this new adventure, enabling us to ensure a smooth transition. Continuity and trust go a long way.
INVOICES AND PAYMENTS (BENOÎT & CÔTÉ INC.)
To avoid any disruption to payments during the transition, the corporate name BENOÎT & CÔTÉ INC. (legal name) will remain unchanged for a certain period. During that time, DÉCODE will only be used as a trade name (operating name) for our activities and communications. Therefore, all payments shall continue to be addressed to BENOÎT & CÔTÉ INC. until further notice.
